Ye Old Chapter Shoppe Chapter Sale Items In lieu of a column in the September issue of the State Newsletter, chapter items for sale will be listed here on the Members' Only Website throughout the year. No items from chapters are to be displayed or sold at
the State Conference; therefore, this is your chapter's chance to publicize sale items to other Daughters throughout the State.

MONGUAGON

Swarovski bracelets and earrings for
sale.
Hand made with 4 mm crystal beads in
clear crystal with alternating accent beads in red and blue (DAR colors).
Tiny silver beads also accent each link. A sturdy magnetic clasp secures
and finishes the bracelet. There are at least 2-3 tough-to-break
thread/wires throughout the bracelet and several hidden knots, again to
assure the safety of each item.
The
earrings are made of the same beads and materials attached to a Shepard’s
hook silver earring. One size only and pierced earrings only. You do,
however, have a choice of either red or blue beads to be on the bottom.
Order now
while supplies are still available, but limited. When they are sold out,
there will not be any more made.

SARAH ANN COCHRANE
Sarah Ann Cochrane
Note Cards
Sarah Ann Cochrane was the direct descendent
of five Revolutionary soldiers. She was the daughter of a
Michigan
pioneering family who came to Northville in 1843 when her
father, Reverend Sylvester Cochrane, became the minister of a new
Presbyterian church in the village. She was instrumental in starting the
Dewey Decimal System in the Detroit Public Library.
She and her family are buried in Northville.
Recently, at the Burton Historical Library,
in a collection of Sarah Ann’s effects, three of her oil paintings were
discovered.
Six reprints of her three floral oil
paintings are included in this vintage note card package, two prints of each
design. The price is $6.50 per package.
For orders call Pam
