The State Society aperiodically sends e-mail messages regarding DAR events to Members who have registered their name and e-mail address with the State VIS Chairman. If you wish to receive DAR information by e-mail and have not received such since
Jan. 2012, you need to register by filling in the registration form. It's simple and easy!
Nota Bene: Chapter Regents have been and will be receiving important announcements and communications from NSDAR and from your State Regent by e-mail. Therefore, it is imperative that Regents register their current e-mail address or designate someone in their chapter to receive the e-mail as their substitute.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING WEBSITE MATERIAL:
There is one basic guideline for material submitted to this office for possible inclusion on the website. Simply stated, material should be prepared on a computer and a copy of the computer file/s should be sent.
We can accept text files in most any word processor format including Word, WordPerfect, Abi, Works, OpenOffice-Writer, Serif Page Plus, Publisher,
Pages, and others.
If graphics or photos are a part of the text material submitted, they should also be sent as separate files in any graphics format. We prefer digital photos at the highest resolution but any case not less than 480 X 640 pixels. We will adjust the resolution for optimal web presence. We prefer jpg format but any graphics format can be accommodated.
All files should be sent as e-mail file attachments; however, they can be send by mail on a CD-ROM or DVD. If the files are larger than 10 MB, then a CD-ROM or DVD are mandatory due to e-mail box limitations.
In certain instances, materials for submission are available only in printed form and thus must be mailed. We will scan the material and prepare it for web publication. If you send photo prints or other documents via U.S.P.S, please include an envelope and return postage if you wish to have the material returned.
